Vedever Technologies is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@vedever.com, or by post at No: 44, Bharathi Colony Main Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore – 641004, India.

• Enquiry details you send us through the contact form or the website assistant: your name, work email, company, country, the services you're interested in, budget and message.
• Messages you type into the website assistant. In its default mode these are processed only in your browser; if live AI mode is enabled, they are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, held briefly by our hosting provider.
• Analytics data about how pages are used — only if you accept analytics cookies.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in messages.

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, under written agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

• Website hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email delivery and form-handling providers, to pass your enquiry to our team
• Our AI provider, only if the website assistant's live AI mode is enabled
• Analytics providers, only if you have accepted analytics cookies
• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law

We work with clients and providers around the world, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we use recognised safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses and providers' security commitments — to keep it protected to the standard described in this policy.

• Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and contract records: for the duration of the relationship and as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
• Technical logs: typically no more than 30 days.
• Analytics data: in aggregated or pseudonymised form, for up to 24 months.

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on our systems, and NDAs with our team and partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
• Complain to your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email info@vedever.com. We'll respond within one month, and we won't charge you unless a request is clearly excessive.

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
